ABOUT ME
At twelve years old, I opened up the Original Broadway Cast Album of The Little Mermaid. Seeing the stunning photograph of Ariel in her grotto made me decide that I wanted to pursue acting and singing professionally. From performing with my high school choir at Disney World to getting my first lead role as Nellie Forbush my senior year, I have always been most fulfilled when performing onstage. After performing in 13 musicals while living in Saint Augustine, Florida, and commuting to Florida School of the Arts every day for two years, I received an Associate in Science Degree in Musical Theatre. With 3 more musicals under my belt, I decided I was ready to move to The Big Apple to pursue my Bachelor of Music in Musical Theatre from Manhattan School of Music. While studying, I trained with many incredible Broadway professionals, such as: David Loud, Boyd Gaines, Randy Graff, Peter Flynn, Andrea Burns, and Erin Dilly, to name a few. Some of my favorite college credits include: Amalia in She Loves Me, performing "The Grass is Always Greener" in And the World Goes 'Round, Yum-Yum in Hot Mikado, and Bride Ancestor/Alice u/s in The Addams Family. I received an Irene Ryan Nomination for my performance as Amalia in She Loves Me, as well as winning the National School Choral Award my senior year of high school. Graciously described by Randy Graff (Original Broadway Fantine, Les Misérables) as having a "beautiful, rich, sultry soprano voice", I am a big believer that what is for you will not pass you and I look forward to the future that awaits me. Let the dream begin...
